Price-savvy newcomers are trickling onto the market.
Koonara Wines, the Coonawarra-based winery, has recently moved across the border and launched a second label, Bay of Apostles, with a cellar door at Apollo Bay. This is our first Sparkling wine and we are really thrilled. It has the
great blush colour, lots of strawberry, apple, citrus and a very fine bead -
which shows a great bubbles. Enjoy!
