This is our first Sparkling wine and we are really thrilled. It has the
great blush colour, lots of strawberry, apple, citrus and a very fine bead -
which shows a great bubbles. Enjoy! This will be perfect coming into Spring and Summer with oysters, fresh salads or on its own. Especially sitting on the balcony watching the waves break on Apollo Bay Beach. |
